Returns & Exchange Policy

At Femalix, we carefully check every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive the correct product in good condition.

  1. No Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges
    Femalix does not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong size, color, or design, or no longer wants the product.

  2. Eligible Exchange Cases
    An exchange may be requested within 07 days of receiving the order only in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or faulty.

  • The product received is different from the product ordered.

  • An item is missing from the package.

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, customers must contact Femalix within 07 days of delivery and provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging for verification.

  1. Product Condition
    For an exchange to be accepted, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.

  1. Exchange Shipping Charges
    If the exchange is approved due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item, Femalix will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

For exchanges requested for reasons other than a product defect or mistake by Femalix, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping and handling charges.

  1. Sale & Discounted Products
    Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer may be non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless the item received is damaged, defective, or different from the original order.

  2. Jewellery & Accessories
    For hygiene and product-safety reasons, certain jewellery, accessories, and personal-use items may not be eligible for return or exchange once delivered, except in cases where the item is received damaged or defective.

  3. Abayas, Hijabs & Clothing
    Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stitched, tailored, or otherwise modified after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.

  4. Exchange Process
    Once an exchange request is received, our team will review the submitted information. If the request is approved, the replacement will be arranged for the eligible product, subject to availability.

If the exact product is unavailable, Femalix may offer an alternative solution of similar value.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Femalix reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:

  • Product being unavailable or out of stock.

  • An issue identified during quality inspection.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

  • Technical or system errors.

  • Any other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled.

Femalix makes every effort to display accurate product images, colors, descriptions, and specifications on our website. However, slight differences may occur between the product shown on the website and the actual product.

Colors may appear slightly different due to photography lighting, screen settings, display resolution, or other device-related factors.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the product details, description, size information, and available options before placing an order.
